Those attending the meeting met Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Wally's Restaurant in East Ridge, TN and ate lunch prior to the start of the meeting.
August 1, 2015 Meeting Those present: Jeffrey Webb, Tim Hill, Harvey Scarborough, John Brooks, John Sims, Charles Engle, Gary Knoss, and Alma Webb.

Call to Order: Commander Jeff Webb called the meeting to order at 1:27 PM.

Opening Prayer: Associate Member Harvey Scarborough led the group in prayer.

Pledge of Allegiance: Commander Webb led the group in the Pledge to the United States Flag. Old Business: There was no old business to discuss.

New Business: Treasurer's Report - Treasurer Charles Engle reported that the treasury's balance was $906.12. He asked if there were any outstanding bills; there were none.

2015 Dues are Due - Those present were reminded that dues for this year are $30. Anyone not having paid yet should forward payment to Charles Engle at Box 1552, Athens, TN 37371-1552

National Encampment - 2015 - Treasurer Engle reminded those present that the National SUVCW Encampment will be held in Richmond, Virginia August 19-23.

May 23rd St. Elmo Yard Sale: Commander Webb reported that the yard sale last May netted for the Camp over $373. This has given the treasury more funds than it has had in quite some time.

Kirklin Cemetery Update: It was reported that a photo taken at the Kirklin Cemetery service held April 11th appeared in the latest edition of The Banner. It is anticipated that a flag pole and flag will be placed on the site in the near future.

Next Meeting: Commander Webb encouraged those present to attend the next meeting, to be held here at 1 PM. Saturday, November 7.

Adjourn: There being no further business to come before the camp, Commander Webb adjourned the meeting at approximately 2:45 PM.

Closing Prayer: John Sims concluded the meeting with a closing prayer.
