Old Business: There was no old business to discuss.

New Business:

Passing of PCC Frank Harned: It was noted with very deep regret that member Frank Harned passed away on August 25, 2015 after a long illness. His service to this Camp and to the Department was both long and productive. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Army Of The Tennessee Camp #64 was reported to be looking for any information on Union soldiers from Delaware.

Letter from PCC Robert Dobbs: Commander Webb reported that he received a letter from PCC Bob Dobbs stating that he would be unable to serve another term in office for the coming year. This generated a discussion about officers for next year.

Nominations for Officers: There was considerable discussion about the available offices and who would serve next year. It was noted that, in the past, most everyone served a second consecutive year if nominated. Mark Kemp motioned to elect the following:

Jeff Webb for Camp Commander
Mark Steele for Senior Vice Commander
Junior Vice Commander (open)
Charles Engle for Secretary-Treasurer
John Sims for Camp Chaplain

Council Members would be Mark Kemp, Robert Dobbs and Wes Davis.

Charles Engle seconded the motion. Following final discussion, the motion to nominate those mentioned to serve for another year was unanimously approved. The election will be held at the December meeting.

Memorial Service at the National Cemetery: John Sims reported that a memorial service will be held in the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 11 A.M. on Veteran's Day, November 11th. He urged the Camp to join the Chattanooga Area Veterans Council.

Sons of the Spanish-American War: John Sims stated that he is organizing a local chapter of the Sons of the Spanish-American War. He mentioned that several noteable Civil War veterans also served in the "Span-Am War" which was also known as the "Reconcilliation War" for North and South veterans. The local chapter will be called the "'Fighting' Joe Wheeler Chapter of the Sons of the Spanish-American War." Dues are $10/year.

Treasurer's Report - Treasurer Charles Engle reported that the treasury's balance was $889.97. There are nineteen members on the roster with a net increase of two so far this year.

Last Survivor CW Soldier In Each County: Charles Engle stated that the SUV wants to identify the last surviving Civil War soldier in each county in Tennessee.
